Project Overview
The Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee Bed Tower Expansion was a $150 million new construction project for Saint Francis Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The project involved construction of a multi-level patient bed tower featuring expanded critical care capacity, larger patient rooms with dedicated space for family members, and upgraded infrastructure and technology throughout. The facility also included a new main entrance with an expansive lobby and a dedicated hospital chapel serving patients, families, and staff. The investment represented a comprehensive modernization of the hospital's inpatient environment. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, and a coached interview presentation for the selection.

Client Challenges
The client needed to convey the vision and significance of a major hospital expansion in a competitive selection:
Capturing the scale and character of a multi-level bed tower that combined expanded clinical capacity with patient- and family-centered design elements.
Communicating the importance of the project to the Muskogee community, including the new lobby, chapel, and expanded critical care spaces that would define the patient experience.
Differentiating the team in a $150 million healthcare pursuit by demonstrating the quality and ambition of the finished facility through compelling renderings and animations.
Without strong visuals and a well-prepared team, the project's community significance risked being undersold in the selection.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit package for the Saint Francis Hospital selection, combining photorealistic renderings, animations, a structured interview presentation, and coaching for the client's team. The renderings and animations captured the bed tower, new main entrance, expansive lobby, and hospital chapel, conveying both the clinical quality and the welcoming character the design sought to establish. The interview presentation organized the team's qualifications and construction approach into a clear, evaluator-ready narrative. Coaching sessions prepared the team to engage the hospital's selection panel with confidence and precision.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX built the visual and presentation package around the project's dual identity: a clinical expansion that also served as a community investment in the experience of patients and families.
Produced renderings and animations of the bed tower exterior, new main entrance, and lobby, giving stakeholders a clear view of the facility's scale and welcoming character.
Developed visuals of the hospital chapel and patient rooms that emphasized the human-centered design principles at the heart of the project.
Structured the interview presentation to connect the team's healthcare construction experience to the demands of a multi-level tower with expanded critical care capacity, and coached the team to deliver with confidence.
The result was a pursuit package that reflected both the clinical ambition and the community purpose of the expansion.
