Project Overview
The Hilliard Recreation and Wellness Center and Athletic Field Complex in Hilliard, Ohio delivered a major new civic facility for the city's growing west-side community. The $55,000,000 project encompassed a 100,000 to 120,000 square foot center featuring a gymnasium, aquatic center, fitness rooms, a dedicated senior center, classrooms, indoor playground areas, food service, art rooms, community gathering spaces, and a wellness partner facility. Sited adjacent to the Roger A. Reynolds Municipal Park, the complex extended the city's existing recreation campus with a broad, multi-program community amenity. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings and animations in support of the competitive pursuit.
Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where a broad multi-program facility had to read as one cohesive community destination:

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for the Hilliard Recreation and Wellness Center, capturing the full range of the facility's programming in a way that made each space feel distinct and the building feel unified. The renderings depicted key areas including the aquatic center, gymnasium, fitness spaces, senior center, and community gathering areas, giving the City of Hilliard's evaluation team a clear picture of the quality and character of the proposed facility.
