Project Overview
The Alliance Place campus in Reynoldsburg, Ohio reimagined the headquarters of The Christian and Missionary Alliance as a mixed-use community destination rather than a conventional office building. The $40,000,000 initial phase included the primary building, One Alliance Place, housing Alliance offices alongside leasable office space, inline retail, a coffee shop, a 500-600 seat Event Center, breakout rooms, an indoor atrium, and an active outdoor plaza. Future phases of the campus envision outparcel restaurants, a hotel, multi-family housing, and a parking structure. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings and animations that brought the campus vision to life in support of the competitive pursuit.
Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where a transformative mixed-use campus vision had to land as clearly as the construction scope:
A multi-program building combining offices, retail, event space, and community amenities required imagery that read as one cohesive, activated destination.
A multi-phase master plan required visuals that carried the full campus vision beyond the initial building scope.
A mission-driven owner needed imagery that reflected the community engagement intent behind Alliance Place, not just its architectural program.
Together, these called for a package built to sell a campus vision as much as a construction project.
Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for the Alliance Place campus in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The renderings brought One Alliance Place to life, depicting the building's mix of office, retail, event, and community spaces with the character and warmth the Alliance Place concept demanded. The outdoor plaza and atrium were rendered to communicate the activated, community-facing quality of the campus design. Animations gave the owner a dynamic view of how the campus would feel as a place, helping The Christian and Missionary Alliance see their vision in motion before any ground was broken. All deliverables were calibrated to support the client's competitive submission.
