Project Overview
The OSU Medical Center Parking Garage was a significant infrastructure project located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, designed to expand parking capacity and improve access for patients, staff, and visitors at the OSU Medical Center campus. The project demanded a pursuit package that could communicate the scale and complexity of the structure while demonstrating the client's ability to deliver a facility that would integrate smoothly with the surrounding medical campus. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit team with proposal development, presentation design, presentation coaching, high-quality renderings, and animations to bring the project vision to life before a selection panel.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a parking structure for a major medical campus required the client to communicate both technical competence and an understanding of the owner's operational needs. The client faced several challenges going into the selection:
Translating a large, technical scope into a compelling and accessible narrative for a non-construction selection panel.
Visually conveying design quality and the finished character of the structure before a single shovel hit the ground.
Preparing presenters to deliver a confident, cohesive story under the pressure of a live selection interview.
Together, these challenges called for a pursuit partner that could work across every stage of the submission, from written materials to live performance.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit package tailored to the OSU Medical Center Parking Garage opportunity. The scope included a full proposal document crafted to articulate the client's approach, qualifications, and project understanding in a format designed to resonate with the owner. A custom presentation was developed alongside the proposal, organized to guide the selection panel through key themes with clarity and visual consistency. Photorealistic renderings and project animations were produced to help the panel visualize the completed structure in context on the medical campus. Presentation coaching rounded out the engagement, preparing the client's team to speak with precision and confidence in the live interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this engagement as a full pursuit partner, aligning strategy and storytelling across every deliverable from day one. Rather than treating each item as a standalone output, the team built a unified narrative thread that ran from the written proposal through the final presentation slide:
Developed proposal content that spoke directly to the owner's priorities and framed the client's qualifications around the specific demands of a medical campus parking structure.
Produced renderings and animations early in the process so the visual assets could reinforce both the written submission and the live presentation, rather than being added as a late-stage afterthought.
Coached presenters through structured rehearsals focused on message clarity, question handling, and projecting the kind of confidence that reassures a selection panel.
The result was a pursuit package where every element reinforced the others, giving the client's team a coherent, well-rehearsed story to tell.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, interview-ready pursuit package that met a high standard of quality across every component. Each deliverable contributed directly to the client's readiness:
The proposal gave the selection panel a clear, well-organized document that communicated the client's qualifications and project understanding without requiring technical expertise to interpret.
The renderings and animations gave the panel a vivid picture of the finished facility, closing the gap between a technical scope on paper and a structure the owner could envision on their campus.
The coached presentation and rehearsal process left the client's team sharp, aligned on key messages, and prepared to handle questions with confidence in the room.
The client walked into the selection interview with a polished story, a strong visual package, and a team that was ready to deliver.
