Project Overview

Guilford County Schools embarked on a significant capital program to deliver new public school facilities for students in Greensboro, North Carolina. The initiative called for purpose-built educational environments designed to meet the needs of a growing district and support modern, student-centered learning. The client, an architecture and planning firm engaged to lead design on the project, needed a pursuit partner capable of translating a technically complex program into a compelling, well-organized response. PRESWERX supported the engagement by developing the proposal package, producing presentation materials, and coaching the team through the competitive selection process.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Guilford County Schools engagement. The scope included developing the written proposal, ensuring the narrative clearly communicated the design team's qualifications, approach, and understanding of the district's educational goals. PRESWERX also produced the interview presentation, structuring the visual flow and messaging to guide the selection panel through the team's differentiators in a format suited to the public procurement environment.
