Project Overview

The client pursued a contract to build a 1.7-million-square-foot operations facility in Cleburne, Texas, for one of the world's most recognized logistics companies. The project represented a $200 million investment in the greater Fort Worth region and was positioned to create up to 1,000 new jobs for the surrounding community. The facility was designed to support an expansive distribution network across the Lone Star State, where the owner had invested billions in infrastructure over more than a decade. PRESWERX supported the pursuit by developing a proposal package, high-fidelity renderings, and animations that captured the scale and vision of the facility.

Client Challenges

The client faced a demanding competitive environment for a project of exceptional scale. Communicating the team's capabilities required more than conventional submittal materials:

  • Translating a 1.7-million-square-foot industrial program into a compelling, cohesive pursuit narrative

  • Conveying design quality and facility functionality to a sophisticated owner before a single shovel broke ground

  • Differentiating the team in a high-stakes competition where all bidders brought comparable experience

  • Preparing a polished submission that matched the scale and standards of a $200 million project

Each challenge pointed to the same need: a submission package that made the full capability of the team immediately clear.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a comprehensive pursuit package tailored to the scale and complexity of this industrial project. The team produced high-fidelity architectural renderings that conveyed the facility's massing, site integration, and operational character. Complementing the still imagery, PRESWERX created animated sequences that brought the facility to life, allowing the owner to understand how the building would function across 1.7 million square feet of operations space. The full proposal document was assembled to present the client's approach, team qualifications, and project vision in a format that reflected the professionalism and ambition the project demanded.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the pursuit as a strategic partner, working to ensure every element of the submission communicated the client's capabilities clearly and convincingly.

  • Developed a proposal narrative structured around the owner's priorities and the project's regional significance

  • Produced photorealistic renderings calibrated to the scale of the facility, grounding the submission in visual specificity

  • Created motion-based animations that communicated site logistics, workflow, and the operational reality of a 1.7-million-square-foot distribution hub

The result was a submission package that presented the client's team with clarity, depth, and a level of visual quality equal to the opportunity.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX produced a full pursuit package held to the same standard of quality the owner expected from the facility itself.

  • The proposal gave the client's team a clear, organized voice in a complex, high-value competition

  • Photorealistic renderings captured the facility's character and scale in a way that written descriptions alone could not achieve

  • Animations provided the owner with a tangible sense of the built environment well before construction began

The client entered the selection process with a submission that matched the ambition of a $200 million project.
