Project Overview
Bonanza High School in Las Vegas, Nevada underwent a comprehensive renovation for the Clark County School District through a Construction Manager at Risk procurement. The project scope encompassed upgrades to all low voltage systems, a new electrical service, lighting improvements, various site enhancements, and architectural and finish upgrades throughout the existing school, totaling $45,395,000. The qualification-based selection required the client to demonstrate both technical depth and team quality in a competitive field. PRESWERX was engaged to develop a presentation, provide coaching, and produce renderings, animations, and films in support of the pursuit.
Client Challenges
The client faced a CMAR qualification process where scope complexity and team differentiation both had to land clearly:
A broad renovation scope spanning electrical, low voltage, site, and architectural work required a single, cohesive visual story.
The CMAR format required communicating both technical capability and collaborative approach in a way evaluators could quickly assess.
A competitive field demanded a polished presentation and visual package that went beyond the written submittal and reflected the team's quality.
These challenges called for a multi-format pursuit approach combining strong visuals and a polished live presentation.
Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Bonanza High School renovation, spanning visual content, presentation development, and live coaching. The renderings and animations depicted the renovated facility, giving evaluators a clear picture of the scope and design quality the client would bring to the project. Films added depth to the team's story, communicating culture and capability in a format the written submittal could not. A complete presentation was developed to structure the team's narrative, and PRESWERX provided coaching to prepare the team to deliver it with clarity and confidence before the selection panel.
