Project Overview
The School District of Lee County pursued a new elementary school in the East Zone of Fort Myers, Florida, representing a $97 million investment in expanding capacity for a rapidly growing district. The facility was designed to accommodate a full range of educational programming, providing modern learning environments for the community it would serve. With a competitive pursuit process ahead, the client needed a compelling proposal and presentation package that captured the scope, quality, and vision of their approach. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the proposal, lead presentation development, and prepare the team for the selection process through targeted coaching.

Client Challenges
The client needed to stand out in a competitive public procurement for a high-profile school project. Specific challenges included:
Communicating the depth and complexity of a $97 million elementary school scope as a clear, owner-focused narrative that non-technical evaluators could follow.
Differentiating the team's qualifications and approach from other experienced education contractors competing in the region.
Building a cohesive presentation story that addressed the school district's priorities across a multi-person interview panel.
Preparing individual team members to deliver their content with confidence and consistency under the pressure of a live selection event.
Together, these challenges called for a pursuit package that was both technically precise and persuasive from the first page.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a comprehensive pursuit package tailored to the School District of Lee County's evaluation criteria. The team produced a written proposal that organized the client's qualifications, team structure, and project approach into a coherent, owner-focused document structured for clarity and impact. PRESWERX also designed and built a presentation specifically for the selection interview, developing the narrative arc to address the district's stated priorities and distinguish the team's approach from the competition. Presentation coaching sessions prepared each team member to deliver their portion with clarity, composure, and alignment on the overall story heading into the selection event.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX entered the engagement as a strategic partner, focusing on what the school district most needed to hear rather than simply what the client wanted to say:
Conducted intake sessions to identify the client's strongest differentiators and map them directly to the district's published evaluation criteria.
Built the proposal narrative around the owner's perspective, moving from scope clarity to team credibility to project-delivery confidence.
Ran structured rehearsals with targeted coaching to sharpen each speaker's delivery, manage overall timing, and unify the team's message across all presenters.
The engagement produced a pursuit package and presentation that gave the client a clear, practiced voice and a consistent story going into the selection.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package calibrated to the expectations of a public school district procurement:
The written proposal organized a complex, large-scale scope into a direct, owner-focused narrative that addressed the district's evaluation criteria from the opening page.
The presentation deck gave the team a structured, visually compelling story designed specifically for the live interview format and the district's audience.
Coaching sessions brought the team to a high level of readiness, with each presenter confident in their content and aligned on the overall message.
The client's team walked into the selection fully prepared, with a unified story and the delivery skills to present it with conviction.
