Project Overview
The Yuma County Administration Building was a $27 million civic project in Yuma, Arizona, replacing existing structures with a new three-story, 81,000-square-foot government facility above an approximately 20,000-square-foot basement. The project began with full demolition of existing buildings down to the basement level, then rose to house nine county departments and agencies under one roof. Consolidating that breadth of government functions into a single, purpose-built structure required a pursuit effort equal to the complexity of the project. PRESWERX delivered the full range of pursuit support, including a proposal, presentation, coaching, renderings, animations, and films.
Client Challenges
