The Wynnebrook Elementary School renovation in West Palm Beach, Florida delivered a comprehensive campus makeover for the Palm Beach County School District. The $21,000,000 project includes a new two-story classroom building and a new cafeteria building, alongside campus-wide upgrades including fresh exterior paint, student murals, and a modernized facade. Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where an elementary school makeover had to communicate revitalization without losing what made it a community school:

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for the Wynnebrook Elementary School renovation in West Palm Beach, Florida. The renderings depicted the fully transformed campus, including the new two-story classroom building, new cafeteria building, and the campus-wide upgrades of fresh exterior paint, murals, and modernized facade elements, giving the Palm Beach County School District's evaluation team a complete visual picture of the revitalized elementary school. Animations brought the transformation to life in a dynamic format, communicating the energy and character of the finished campus. All deliverables were calibrated to support the competitive submission.
