The Windstar on Naples Bay Clubhouse Renovations and Alterations in Naples, Florida delivered a comprehensive renovation of a private coastal club, enhancing its dining, social, and wellness amenities. The $13,000,000 project features expansive indoor/outdoor dining on the second floor overlooking Naples Bay, a casual restaurant and bar on the first floor with bocce ball courts, and a new two-story building housing a 9,000 square foot wellness center above golf cart and bag storage. State-of-the-art technology is integrated throughout, preserving the club's welcoming coastal character. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching in support of the competitive pursuit.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Windstar on Naples Bay Clubhouse Renovations and Alterations in Naples, Florida. Renderings captured the renovated clubhouse across its key spaces, including the second-floor indoor/outdoor dining with views of Naples Bay, the first-floor casual restaurant and bar, the bocce ball courts, and the new wellness center and storage building. Animations brought the full renovation to life, giving the club's evaluation team a dynamic view of the finished amenities and the coastal atmosphere they would create.
