Project Overview
West Melbourne Elementary School required a concept plan and classroom addition to address growing enrollment demands in Brevard County. The project, valued at $8.2 million, expanded an existing elementary campus in West Melbourne, Florida with new instructional space designed to blend with the existing facility. Brevard Public Schools, the procuring agency, sought a construction team capable of delivering the addition while keeping the campus operational throughout construction. The client pursued the engagement and brought in PRESWERX to develop the full pursuit package, including a proposal, custom renderings, animations, film content, and presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
Competing for a public school addition required the client to communicate a nuanced construction scope to a non-technical selection committee. The core challenges were:
Communicating the logic and quality of a classroom addition on a functioning elementary campus in terms a school board audience could follow and evaluate.
Helping evaluators visualize the finished facility before construction began, with enough clarity to build confidence in the design intent.
Differentiating the client's team in a competitive public procurement where multiple firms were vying for the same opportunity.
Preparing the team to walk into the live interview polished, rehearsed, and aligned on a single story.
Each of these challenges called for a pursuit approach that was both visually compelling and precisely structured.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a full pursuit package tailored to the West Melbourne Elementary School classroom addition. The team developed a comprehensive proposal document that organized the project scope and team qualifications into a clear, persuasive narrative built for a public school selection process. Custom architectural renderings brought the addition to life, giving the selection committee a detailed preview of the finished facility. Animated walkthroughs and film content added dimension to the visual story, making the scale and quality of the planned work tangible for non-technical evaluators. Focused presentation coaching sessions prepared the client's team to deliver a confident, unified interview performance.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX framed the West Melbourne pursuit around continuity, positioning the classroom addition as a thoughtful expansion of an established school community rather than a standalone construction contract. Every deliverable was built to speak directly to a school board audience.
Developed a proposal narrative that connected the client's qualifications to the specific operational demands of expanding a functioning elementary campus.
Produced renderings and animations calibrated for a non-technical audience, prioritizing approachability and clarity over architectural complexity.
Conducted presentation coaching sessions focused on message alignment, pacing, and the confidence needed to hold a live interview room.
The result was a pursuit package that gave the client's team a cohesive, polished voice across every touchpoint in the selection process.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, interview-ready pursuit package built to the standards of a competitive public school procurement, with every element aligned to the expectations of a school board selection committee.
The proposal organized a complex construction scope into a narrative that non-technical evaluators could follow, remember, and act on.
Renderings and animated content gave the committee a vivid, specific preview of the finished addition, removing ambiguity around design intent and campus fit.
Presentation coaching sessions sharpened the client's messaging and gave the team the rehearsal time needed to walk in confident and unified.
The client entered the selection process fully prepared, with a pursuit package that reflected the quality and care they planned to bring to the project itself.
