Project Overview
Miami-Dade County undertook a significant improvements program for its water treatment plants in Hialeah, Florida, a critical piece of the region's drinking water infrastructure serving one of the nation's most densely populated urban counties. The program addressed aging facilities and evolving treatment requirements within a complex, high-demand public water system. The client, a nationally recognized environmental engineering firm, pursued the professional services contract to lead the improvements effort.
