Project Overview

The WTCC Building C Renovation was a significant renovation effort undertaken on behalf of [PROJECT OWNER] in [LOCATION]. The project, valued at [PROJECT VALUE], encompassed the comprehensive renovation of Building C, transforming existing facilities to better serve the owner's mission and program needs. The scope presented the client with the challenge of conveying the full vision of the renovated facility to evaluators through a competitive pursuit process. PRESWERX was engaged to develop the proposal strategy, produce architectural renderings, and create animations that brought the design to life ahead of the selection.

Client Challenges

The client faced the competitive challenge of articulating a complex renovation scope to a discerning owner audience:

  • Communicating the scope and character of a full building renovation before construction began

  • Helping a non-technical owner audience visualize finished spaces and design quality

  • Standing out in a competitive field with a proposal that conveyed both technical competence and design intent

  • Presenting a unified, compelling story that tied the project vision to the owner's program goals

Without a clear visual and narrative strategy, the breadth and ambition of the renovation would have been difficult to convey on the page and in person.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered an integrated pursuit package tailored to the demands of the WTCC Building C Renovation pursuit. The scope included a fully developed written proposal crafted to reflect the client's technical approach and alignment with the owner's priorities. To bring the renovated facility to life for the selection panel, PRESWERX produced architectural renderings of key interior and exterior spaces, giving evaluators a clear picture of the finished environment. Complementing the static imagery, PRESWERX created animations that walked viewers through the design in sequence, reinforcing the narrative of a transformed, purpose-built facility ready to serve its users.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the WTCC Building C Renovation pursuit as an integrated storytelling challenge, aligning written content, imagery, and motion to support a single, compelling evaluation narrative:

  • Developed the written proposal to align the client's technical scope with the owner's program priorities, making a complex renovation accessible and persuasive

  • Produced architectural renderings of key spaces to give the selection panel a vivid, accurate picture of the design intent before construction began

  • Created walkthrough animations that gave life and sequence to the renovation story, reinforcing the written proposal and helping evaluators see the project as a finished reality

The result was a pursuit package that presented the client as a capable, clear-thinking team ready to deliver on a challenging renovation.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete, integrated pursuit package built to stand up to rigorous evaluation. Every element was developed to reinforce the same core message: a capable team with a clear vision for the finished facility:

  • The proposal gave the client a polished, persuasive narrative that communicated both technical competence and alignment with the owner's goals

  • The architectural renderings gave evaluators a compelling visual reference for the renovated space, removing ambiguity from the design story

  • The animations provided a dynamic, sequenced walkthrough that made the renovation scope tangible and memorable for the selection panel

The client went into the selection process with a cohesive, professionally produced package that reflected the quality of their approach and the strength of their team
