Project Overview
The Virginia Beach Windsor Woods, Princess Anne Plaza, and The Lakes Drainage Improvements Design-Build project was a large-scale infrastructure initiative for the City of Virginia Beach. Spanning three distinct neighborhoods, the project encompassed a coordinated suite of seven sub-projects, including tide gates, pump stations, storage creation, creek improvements, and flood barriers designed to reduce flooding impacts on structures and streets throughout the area. Communicating the integrated logic of such a technically complex, multi-site program to a public agency owner required both clarity and visual support. PRESWERX partnered with the client team to develop the full pursuit package, including proposal content, renderings, animations, presentation materials, and coaching.

The client faced the challenge of presenting a technically dense, seven-project design-build program as a clear and unified story to a public agency evaluator:

Custom renderings and animations gave visual form to the tide gate, pump station, and flood barrier systems, helping the review panel connect technical scope to tangible community outcomes. A formal presentation was developed alongside the proposal, supported by coaching sessions that prepared the client team to deliver a confident, consistent message during the selection interview.
