Project Overview
The Upper Arlington Community Center in Upper Arlington, Ohio delivered a major new civic facility for the City of Upper Arlington, housing a broad range of community programming in a purpose-built, multi-story building. The $85,000,000 project encompasses approximately 95,000 square feet of community center space across five floors, including aquatics, gymnasiums, a running track, senior lounge, arts space, a demonstration kitchen, child watch, and meeting rooms, with up to 50,000 square feet of leasable office space on two additional floors. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching in support of the competitive pursuit.
Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where a seven-floor civic building had to read as community hub and real estate investment at once:
A seven-floor building combining community center and office space required visuals that made the dual-use program feel cohesive, not conflicted.
A program spanning aquatics, gymnasiums, senior programming, arts, child watch, and rooftop spaces required a presentation that conveyed its breadth.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Upper Arlington Community Center in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Renderings depicted the multi-story building across its key spaces, from the aquatics center and gymnasiums to the senior lounge, arts and crafts areas, demonstration kitchen, and rooftop spaces, conveying the breadth of programming within a unified civic structure. Animations brought the full facility to life, giving the City of Upper Arlington's evaluation team a dynamic view of the completed community center. PRESWERX also developed a presentation covering the full construction and program approach, then provided coaching to prepare the team to deliver it confidently.
