Project Overview
The University of Tennessee Chattanooga New Residence Hall was a $114 million higher education project in Chattanooga, Tennessee, commissioned by The University of Tennessee. The project called for a new 240,000 GSF residential building designed to accommodate approximately 800 students, constructed to Type IB standards on a full urban block bounded by Oak Street, Douglas Street, McCallie Avenue, and Houston Street. The scope included full building construction alongside sidewalks, site stairs and walls, grading, drainage with detention and water quality systems, and utilities. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the pursuit with a written proposal.
Client Challenges
