Project Overview
The Jackson Library Renovation at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro was a $60 million comprehensive, transformative renovation of the existing library building. The project encompassed a full systems overhaul, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and audiovisual upgrades, along with ADA improvements. Situated at the physical center of campus, the library remained occupied throughout construction, requiring a phased approach with strategically coordinated moves and meticulous operational planning. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, and a coached interview presentation for the selection.
