Project Overview
The TW Personal Residence was a custom home construction project undertaken by the client on behalf of a private owner. With a bespoke design and high expectations for quality, the project required clear visual communication of architectural intent before a single element was built. The owner needed to see and understand what the finished home would look like, inside and out, before construction moved forward. PRESWERX was engaged to bridge that gap, delivering architectural renderings and animations that brought the design to life and gave the owner a confident, concrete picture of the finished residence.
Client Challenges
Custom residential construction carries a unique communication challenge: the owner must approve a design they cannot yet see or experience:
Translating architectural drawings and plans into a visual language that a nontechnical owner could engage with and confidently approve.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a suite of high-quality architectural renderings and animations tailored to the residence's design. The renderings captured the home's exterior character, material palette, and massing from multiple vantage points, giving the owner a photorealistic view of the finished structure. Animations added movement and context, allowing the owner to experience the home's spaces and flow in a way that static images could not achieve. Together, the deliverables provided the client and owner with a complete visual reference to guide design approval and construction decisions.
