Project Overview
Tolles Career and Technical Center in Plain City, Ohio undertook a $30 million, 50,000-square-foot expansion to address rapidly growing demand for career-technical education across Madison County and central Ohio. The expansion encompassed new state-of-the-art labs and learning spaces for pre-nursing, early childhood education, welding, and construction programs, designed to serve students from seven constituent school districts. With enrollment having more than doubled in recent years, the client needed a compelling pursuit package that could communicate the scale and significance of the project to selection stakeholders. PRESWERX was engaged to produce the full pursuit effort, from proposal through presentation coaching.
Client Challenges
The client faced a competitive selection process for a large, multi-program facility expansion with significant community stakes:
Translating a sprawling, multi-program scope into one coherent story for evaluators unfamiliar with career-technical education
Visualizing new lab environments and learning spaces before any construction began
Building a presentation package that conveyed the team's technical strength and community commitment
Preparing the presenting team to perform confidently in a live interview setting

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package for the Tolles expansion. The team produced a proposal document structured around the project's educational mission and the client's established expertise in central Ohio construction. Architectural renderings and animations brought the planned pre-nursing, welding, early childhood education, and construction program labs to life, giving evaluators a vivid picture of the finished facility. A project film captured the team's credibility and community ties. PRESWERX also developed and delivered the full presentation, then worked directly with the client's presenters through targeted coaching sessions to sharpen delivery ahead of the selection interview.
