Project Overview

The Toho Sunbridge Water Treatment Plant project delivered a new 1.0 MGD drinking water treatment plant for Toho Water Authority to serve the Sunbridge community northeast of St. Cloud, Florida. Sunbridge is a 26,000 acre master planned community being developed by Tavistock with an estimated buildout population of 35,000, and the new plant was built under an agreement between Tavistock and Toho Water Authority to supply the community's drinking water. With a major public water agency evaluating the pursuit, the client needed visuals that could present the plant clearly and make its role in the community's growth tangible. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to build that visualization.

Client Challenges

Presenting a new water treatment plant tied to a 26,000 acre community still under development required visuals that could ground a large, forward looking project in something concrete:

  • Connecting a single treatment plant to the scale of the 35,000 person community it would ultimately serve.

  • Making an unbuilt facility feel tangible before construction began.

  • Standing out in a competitive pursuit for a Toho Water Authority contract.

Together, these challenges called for visuals that made the plant's role in a growing community clear.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced a complete set of renderings and animations for the pursuit, presenting the new 1.0 MGD treatment plant and its role in supplying drinking water to the Sunbridge community. The renderings depicted the finished facility, giving Toho Water Authority a concrete sense of the plant's design and scale before construction began. The animations moved viewers through the facility, connecting its treatment systems into a single coherent process. Together, the deliverables tied a single treatment plant to the broader scope of a 26,000 acre community under active development, framing the project as foundational infrastructure for Sunbridge's growth.

PRESWERX Approach

With no built facility to reference, PRESWERX built the pursuit around visuals that made the plant's role in Sunbridge's growth clear.

  • Rendered the finished plant to convey its design and scale before construction began.

  • Built animations that walked viewers through the plant's treatment process.

  • Connected the treatment plant directly to Sunbridge's long term growth and water needs.

The result was a set of visuals that made a single facility's importance clear.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a full set of renderings and animations built to the standard of a Toho Water Authority selection process.

  • The renderings gave decision makers a finished view of the plant before construction began.

  • The animations connected the plant's treatment systems into one clear, sequential story.

  • Together, the visuals framed a single facility as critical infrastructure for a 35,000 person community.

The client's team walked into the selection process with a clear, finished picture of the plant to support their story.
