Project Overview

The Toho Harmony Water Treatment Plant project delivered a new 0.5 MGD wastewater treatment plant, expandable to 1.5 MGD, for Toho Water Authority within the master planned Harmony community in Kissimmee, Florida. Built across 11,000 acres of open natural space and home to more than 1,000 residents, Harmony required treatment capacity designed to support the unincorporated development's future growth. The $10.5 million project included influent screening, flow equalization tanks, concrete clarifiers, chlorine contact chambers, chemical storage and feed systems, and a new administration and electrical building. With future expansion built into the plant's design, the client needed visuals that could show the finished facility clearly. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to build that visualization.

Client Challenges

Presenting a new treatment plant built for a growing master planned community required visuals that could carry both its current scope and its capacity for future growth:

  • Showing how the plant's 0.5 MGD capacity, expandable to 1.5 MGD, would support Harmony's continued development.

  • Making an unbuilt facility with more than a dozen interconnected systems feel concrete before construction began.

  • Standing out in a competitive pursuit for a Toho Water Authority contract.

Together, these challenges called for visuals that made both the plant and its growth strategy clear.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced a complete set of renderings and animations for the pursuit, presenting the new treatment plant's full system alongside its capacity for future expansion. The renderings depicted the finished facility, including the concrete clarifiers, chlorine contact chambers, chemical storage and feed building, and the new administration and electrical building, giving the selection committee a concrete sense of the completed plant. The animations moved viewers through the treatment process, connecting influent screening, flow equalization, and the pump stations into a single coherent system. Together, the deliverables turned a technical facility into a visual story built for a growing community.

PRESWERX Approach

With a new plant designed for future growth, PRESWERX built the pursuit around visuals that carried both the current scope and its expansion capacity.

  • Rendered the finished plant, including its clarifiers, chemical systems, and administration building, to a finished level of detail.

  • Built animations that followed the treatment process from influent screening through discharge.

  • Framed the plant's design around its capacity to grow alongside the Harmony community.

The result was a set of visuals that made a new facility's current and future value clear.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a full set of renderings and animations built to the standard of a Toho Water Authority selection process.

  • The renderings gave the committee a finished view of the plant's treatment systems and support buildings.

  • The animations connected the treatment process into one clear, sequential story.

  • The visuals showed how the plant's design supported both current needs and Harmony's future growth.

The client's team walked into the selection process with a clear, finished picture of the plant to support their story.
