Project Overview
The Star Phase V Office Tower in Frisco, Texas brought a 15-story aluminum and glass curtain wall office building to one of the most prominent corporate campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Developed for TIAA, the $110,000,000 project also included a separate 2,300-car cast-in-place concrete parking structure spanning ten levels, with one below grade and nine above, clad in metal panels and precast concrete. The scale and architectural detail of both structures required visual tools that could convey design quality and project ambition before construction began. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings and animations in support of the competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client needed imagery that could carry the architectural ambition of a complex mixed-use development to a sophisticated institutional owner:
A 15-story curtain wall tower required renderings detailed enough to communicate material character and design quality convincingly.
A paired 2,300-car parking structure needed to read as part of the same cohesive campus, not a separate afterthought.
Competing for a $110M project with an institutional owner required visual assets that matched the scale and polish of the proposed design.
Both structures had to tell one story, and that story had to land visually.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for both major components of The Star Phase V development in Frisco, Texas. The renderings captured the 15-story office tower's aluminum and glass curtain wall facade with the material precision and architectural detail needed to convey design quality to the owner. The parking structure received equal visual treatment, with its metal panel and precast concrete cladding rendered to read as a purposeful architectural contribution to the campus rather than a utilitarian appendage. The animations brought both structures together, giving the owner a dynamic view of the completed development in context.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated both structures as elements of a single campus composition, with visual quality suited to a sophisticated institutional owner.
Produced tower renderings that captured the aluminum and glass curtain wall with material precision and architectural fidelity.
Developed parking structure visuals that elevated its design presence, treating it as a campus asset rather than an infrastructural necessity.
Produced animations that unified both structures in context, providing a dynamic view of the completed development.
The result was a visual package that presented the full development with the clarity and polish an institutional pursuit demands.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a rendering and animation package that captured the architectural scale and quality of a $110M mixed-use development.
Tower renderings captured curtain wall materiality and design detail with the precision an institutional owner expects.
Parking structure visuals treated the building as a campus asset, maintaining architectural cohesion across both components of the development.
Animations unified both structures in context, giving the owner a dynamic view of the completed development.
The client presented a visual package polished enough to stand up to sophisticated institutional scrutiny.
