Project Overview
The Terminal E Reconfiguration at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport was a $300 million Construction Manager at Risk engagement in Grapevine, Texas. The project encompassed pre-construction services and phased construction coordinated alongside the adjacent Terminal F, demanding careful scheduling to preserve gate availability for all partner airlines throughout construction. The scope included approximately 79,000 SF of new infill construction alongside a comprehensive reconfiguration of the existing terminal, touching architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, baggage handling, conveyance, and airport systems. To compete for this complex pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop a compelling proposal strategy and submission.
