Project Overview
The Suncoast Technical Education Center New Building in Brooksville, Florida delivers a new technical education facility for the Hernando County School Board on a 17.9-acre joint-use site shared with Pasco-Hernando State College and Hernando County. The $8,600,000 project encompasses a new building designed in two possible configurations: a three-story design with a future-ready third-floor white shell for lease or build-out, or a two-story design with capacity for future adjacent additions. Site work includes utilities, stormwater retention, and parking for approximately 300 vehicles. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings and animations in support of the competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where a new technical education building had to communicate flexibility and future potential alongside its immediate program:
A building designed in two alternate configurations required imagery that made both options feel deliberate and well-suited to the site.
A joint-use site shared with a state college and county partners required visuals that placed the facility clearly within its campus context.
A school board evaluating a new technical education building required renderings and animations that conveyed the full potential of the investment.
Together, these called for a package that made a flexible, future-ready facility feel fully realized on a shared campus

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for the Suncoast Technical Education Center New Building in Brooksville, Florida. The renderings depicted the new technical education facility across both design configurations, giving the Hernando County School Board's evaluation team a visual picture of the completed building on the 17.9-acre joint-use campus. Site context including the shared grounds with PascoHernando State College and Hernando County was incorporated to communicate the facility's integration with the broader campus. Animations brought the new building to life in a dynamic format. All deliverables were calibrated to support the competitive submission.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this as a facility where flexibility was a feature, not an unresolved question.
Developed renderings that communicated both design configurations clearly, showing the building as a fully realized technical education facility under each scenario.
Placed the new facility in the context of its 17.9-acre joint-use campus, communicating its integration with the state college and county partners.
Produced animations that gave the Hernando County School Board a dynamic view of the completed facility and its role on the shared campus.
The result was a package that made a future-flexible technical education building feel as ready as the program behind it.
Results Delivered
