Project Overview
The State Road 207 Water Reclamation Facility in St. Johns County, Florida represents the largest capital improvement project ever undertaken by the St. Johns County Utilities Department. The $191,800,000 facility is designed to initially treat 3.25 million gallons per day of wastewater, with built-in capacity to expand to 6.5 million gallons per day as the county grows. Once operational, the facility will convert 100% of its output to reclaimed water for irrigation and other non-potable uses, delivering a sustainable water resource for the community. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching in support of the competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where the county's largest-ever capital project had to read as infrastructure investment and environmental asset at once:
A facility treating 3.25 million gallons per day with built-in expansion capacity required imagery that conveyed scale, engineering rigor, and long-term value.
A $191.8M project representing the county's largest-ever capital commitment required a presentation that matched the significance of the investment.
A water reclamation facility delivering 100% reclaimed water required the team to communicate sustainability benefits alongside the construction scope.
Together, these called for a package that made a landmark infrastructure project feel as purposeful as the public it would serve.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the State Road 207 Water Reclamation Facility in St. Johns County, Florida. Renderings depicted the completed facility at scale, communicating the engineering ambition of a treatment plant designed to serve a growing county with 3.25 million gallons per day of initial capacity. Animations gave St. Johns County Utilities Department's evaluation team a dynamic view of the facility's operations and reclaimed water output. PRESWERX also developed a presentation that organized the construction approach and facility vision into a clear, authority-ready narrative, then provided coaching to prepare the team to deliver it confidently.

PRESWERX Approach
