Project Overview
The St. Phillips Apostle Catholic Church Addition introduced an 8,250 square foot building to the parish's Statesville campus, adding classrooms for meetings and faith formation, parish offices, and a large gathering space for events and fellowship. The addition gave the growing congregation dedicated space for education and community life beyond the sanctuary itself. Presenting a $6 million addition to a parish building committee called for a presentation that connected the design directly to the congregation's day to day life and mission. PRESWERX developed the pursuit presentation, renderings, and animations, and coached the team for its final interview.

Client Challenges
Presenting a new addition to a parish building committee, rather than a typical commercial owner, called for a presentation that spoke to community and mission as much as construction:
Showing how classrooms, offices, and a gathering space would function together as one cohesive addition.
Making an unbuilt 8,250 square foot space feel tangible and welcoming to a volunteer building committee.
Framing a $6 million investment in terms the congregation would recognize as strengthening parish life.
Meeting the committee on its own terms was the key to a presentation that resonated beyond the numbers.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built the full pursuit presentation for the interview, translating the addition's classrooms, parish offices, and gathering space into a single visual story for the building committee. The team produced renderings of the finished 8,250 square foot addition and animations walking the committee through the new spaces, from faith formation classrooms to the fellowship hall. PRESWERX then coached the presentation team through structured rehearsal sessions, refining delivery and preparing the team to speak naturally about how the addition would serve the parish's daily life and mission.

PRESWERX Approach
Presenting to a parish building committee meant balancing construction detail with a sense of community and purpose:
Produced renderings and animations that made the classrooms, offices, and gathering space feel real and inviting.
Framed each design decision around how it would serve faith formation, parish life, and fellowship.
Coached the team to present with warmth and confidence suited to a committee of parishioners.
The approach helped the team connect with the committee as neighbors, not just contractors.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a presentation package built for a committee that would judge the addition on community fit as much as construction quality:
Renderings and animations that gave the committee a clear, welcoming picture of the finished addition.
A narrative that tied the classrooms, offices, and gathering space directly to parish life and mission.
A team coached to present with the warmth and confidence the setting called for.
The client's team walked into the final interview with a presentation built around the parish's own priorities.
