Project Overview

The St. Luke's Hospital Monroe Campus East Tower project called for a new four story acute care addition to the existing hospital campus in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, adding approximately 157,484 gross square feet to support the health network's strategic growth in the Monroe County region. The addition was designed to match the materials and character of the existing campus while preserving flexibility for future expansion, and included roughly 107,673 square feet of immediate fit-out along with permanent and temporary renovations to the existing building. Valued at $58 million, the project required a pursuit strategy that could convey both scale and design continuity. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the presentation, renderings, and animations needed to support the pursuit.

Client Challenges

Expanding an active hospital campus with a large, phased addition presented a distinct communication challenge for the pursuit team:

  • Illustrating how a new four story tower would integrate visually with the existing Monroe campus.

  • Communicating a complex program spanning new construction, fit-out, and existing building renovation.

  • Standing out in a competitive pursuit for a $58 million health network expansion.

Together, these challenges called for a presentation grounded in clarity and visual precision.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed the full presentation package for the St. Luke's Hospital Monroe Campus East Tower pursuit. The team produced a presentation deck that addressed the scope of the new four story acute care addition alongside the associated renovation work in the existing building. Renderings depicted the new tower's integration with the existing campus, reflecting the materials and design language the owner required for continuity. Animations illustrated the relationship between the new addition, the fit-out areas, and the existing structure, clarifying a program that touched nearly 166,000 square feet of combined new and renovated space. PRESWERX also provided presentation coaching to prepare the team's speakers for the interview.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the pursuit by building a visual narrative that tied the new tower to the identity of the existing campus. The team:

  • Produced renderings that matched the proposed addition's materials and design language to the existing Monroe campus.

  • Developed animations that clarified the relationship between new construction, fit-out space, and existing building renovations.

  • Coached presenters to speak confidently to the scale and phasing of a $58 million health network expansion.

The result was a presentation that made a large, multi part project easy to follow.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete presentation package held to the standard of a $58 million health network expansion. Every element was built to work as a unified story for the review panel.

  • The renderings gave reviewers a clear sense of how the new tower would relate to the existing campus.

  • The animations clarified the scope and sequencing of new construction, fit-out, and renovation work.

  • The presentation coaching gave the team's speakers confidence and a polished, unified delivery.

The client walked into the interview with a presentation as thorough and well prepared as the project itself.
