Project Overview

Atlantic Health Systems set out to modernize its Morristown, New Jersey campus with two complementary projects: a replacement parking structure to address an aging garage and a new specialty medical building. The $27 million program required a pursuit strategy capable of communicating two distinct facility types, each with its own functional requirements, as a single cohesive investment in the health system's campus infrastructure. The client engaged PRESWERX to produce renderings and animations that would bring both components to life and support the team's pursuit of this healthcare campus improvement.

Client Challenges

Pursuing a two-component healthcare campus project meant communicating a parking structure and a specialty medical building as a single, unified campus investment. The core challenges were clear:

  • Two facility types with different functions and audiences required visuals that served both without fragmenting the overall campus story.

  • A health system owner evaluating construction teams holds a high bar for how specialty clinical environments are depicted, demanding more than standard architectural presentation.

  • Replacing an aging garage while adding new clinical space required the visual materials to address both infrastructure improvement and campus quality in the same pursuit package.

These challenges called for visualization precise enough to meet a healthcare owner's expectations across two distinct facility types.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced renderings and animations tailored to the two-component scope of the Atlantic Health Systems campus project. Renderings captured the key exterior and interior environments of the new specialty medical building, giving the health system a clear picture of the clinical spaces and patient-facing environments before construction began. The replacement parking structure was depicted in campus context, illustrating how the new facility would improve access and appearance at the site. Animations brought both components to life spatially, communicating how the two projects related to each other and to the existing campus fabric.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX developed the visual package around the two distinct audiences a healthcare campus pursuit contains:

  • Renderings of the specialty medical building focused on clinical and patientfacing environments, meeting the standard a health system applies when evaluating facilities of this type.

  • The replacement parking structure was depicted in campus context, showing how the new facility would resolve aging infrastructure while improving the site's overall function and appearance.

  • Animations connected both components spatially, presenting the two projects as complementary pieces of a single campus investment rather than independent bids.

The approach kept the materials coherent across two very different facility types without sacrificing the specificity each one required.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a visual package built to communicate a two-component healthcare campus project to a health system owner:

  • Renderings gave the client program-accurate depictions of the specialty medical building's clinical and patient-facing spaces, ready for both submission documents and live presentation use.

  • Parking structure visuals placed the replacement facility in campus context, making the infrastructure improvement legible alongside the new clinical building.

  • Animations tied both components together spatially, giving reviewers a coherent picture of how the full $27 million campus investment would look and function.

The client entered the selection with materials that made two distinct facility types read as one unified campus story.
