The Southwest Middle School Modernization in Lakeland, Florida delivered a comprehensive campus revamp for Polk County Schools. The $55,000,000 project encompasses approximately 187,000 square feet and includes energy-efficient buildings, a central courtyard with outdoor seating, and a cafeteria designed to double as a storm shelter, serving both the school community and broader emergency preparedness needs. The modernization upgrades the full campus while building in the resilience and sustainability features a contemporary school facility demands. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a presentation, coaching, renderings, animations, and film in support of the competitive pursuit.

PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Southwest Middle School Modernization in Lakeland, Florida. The presentation organized the modernization scope, covering the 187,000 SF campus revamp, energy-efficient building systems, central courtyard, and the storm shelter cafeteria. Renderings depicted the revamped campus across its key spaces, giving Polk County Schools' evaluation team a visual picture of the modernized facility. Animations brought the campus to life in a dynamic format, and film gave the client an additional medium for communicating the investment.
