Project Overview
The South Carolina State University Turner Hall Replacement was a $50 million higher education project in Orangeburg, South Carolina, commissioned by South Carolina State University. The project called for a new 94,000 SF academic building to replace the existing Turner Hall, providing modern classroom space, collaborative learning environments, and faculty offices. The building was designed to serve one of South Carolina's most historically significant institutions, with a long legacy of producing national leaders across law, medicine, education, and public service. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the pursuit with a presentation, presentation coaching, renderings, and animations.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built the selection presentation and provided coaching to prepare the client's team for the South Carolina State University interview. Renderings visualized the new academic building's exterior and key interior environments, giving university leadership a compelling picture of what the replacement facility could offer students, faculty, and the broader campus. Animations brought the building's collaborative learning spaces and modern academic program to life.
