Project Overview
DOS Health Care undertook the development of Shores of Miami Lakes, a 246-bed, 181,298 square foot senior care community in Miami Lakes, Florida, with a total project value of $45,000,000. Set on a lakefront site, the facility was designed to integrate Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care offerings within a single community built around state-of-the-art amenities. The client pursued the construction contract and engaged PRESWERX to develop a competitive pursuit package. PRESWERX delivered renderings, animations, a selection presentation, and presentation coaching to help the client's team communicate the quality and complexity of this specialized healthcare environment.
Client Challenges
Pursuing a large, multi-care-level senior living facility required the client to present a compelling vision for a setting where environment directly affects resident wellbeing and owner confidence:
Conveying the distinct character of three care levels (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care) within a single, cohesive facility design.
Helping a healthcare owner visualize resident-centered amenities and lakefront setting before a single foundation was poured.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built a full visual and presentation pursuit package for the client's Shores of Miami Lakes bid. Renderings brought the lakefront community to life, capturing the residential character of the exterior and the warm, amenity-rich interior environments expected by a senior care owner. Animations illustrated the scale and layout of the 181,298 square foot facility, helping DOS Health Care understand the relationship between care wings, common areas, and the lakefront setting. PRESWERX also developed the client's selection presentation, framing the narrative around the owner's care-quality priorities, and provided presentation coaching to sharpen the team's delivery for the live interview.
