The School Board of Broward County undertook a significant cooler and freezer consolidation at its Consolidated Service Center in Sunrise, Florida. As one of the nation's largest public school districts, the district depended on centralized cold storage infrastructure to support daily food distribution across hundreds of school campuses. This project called for purpose-built refrigeration facilities engineered to meet that operational demand. The client, a specialist engineering firm competing through Florida's state procurement process, engaged PRESWERX to develop a comprehensive pursuit package that included a proposal, presentation materials, professional renderings, animations, and documentary-style films to support the selection.
Client Challenges
Competing for a technically complex refrigeration contract serving one of Florida's largest public institutions required more than a strong technical submission. The client needed a pursuit package that would resonate with a broad evaluation committee:
Translating a highly technical refrigeration scope into a story that non-technical evaluators could understand and value

Scope of Work
