Project Overview
The Saracen Casino Resort expansion was a $250 million addition to an established gaming destination in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The project encompassed a 13-story, 322- room hotel tower, a 1,600-seat multi-use event center, a banquet kitchen, two new food and beverage outlets, and two bars, along with expanded back-of-house space to support the full resort. Quapaw Services Authority had rapidly built Saracen into the Central Arkansas market leader and sought to extend that momentum with a major hospitality addition. The client engaged PRESWERX to produce renderings and animations that visualized the finished project ahead of construction.
Client Challenges
The client needed to communicate the vision for a complex, multi-component resort expansion as a cohesive story before construction began:
Visualizing a 13-story hotel tower and a 1,600-seat event center from concept drawings alone, without any constructed reference point.
Showing how the new addition would integrate with and elevate the existing casino operations and guest experience.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a suite of photorealistic renderings and animations capturing the Saracen Casino Resort expansion at its full potential. The renderings depicted the hotel tower exterior, the event center interior, and key guest-facing spaces including the new dining outlets and bar environments. Animations conveyed the relationship between the new addition and the existing casino, giving stakeholders a dynamic view of how the completed resort would feel and function. Each deliverable was crafted to translate architectural drawings into visuals the client's team could use immediately in presentations and pursuit materials.
