Project Overview
Sand Springs Public Schools sought to expand its administrative presence with a new entry addition to its main administration building. The project called for thoughtful design that balanced the functional needs of a growing school district with the visual identity expected of a public-sector facility in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. As the general contractor pursuing this work, the client needed a pursuit partner capable of translating a construction-focused scope into a compelling, owner-ready story. PRESWERX provided proposal development, presentation design, presentation coaching, and high-quality renderings and animations to support the client through the competitive selection process.
Client Challenges
The client faced a competitive selection process for a public school administration project where design intent and team capability had to be communicated clearly to a non-construction audience. Several challenges shaped the pursuit:
