Project Overview
The Rye Ranch Elementary School was a $65 million K-12 construction project in Parrish, Florida, commissioned by the School District of Manatee. The project called for a new 982 student station campus on Buckeye Road, located approximately 2,100 feet west of Artisan Lakes Parkway in a rapidly growing residential corridor of eastern Manatee County. The scope addressed the district's need for new capacity in a community experiencing significant growth, and demanded a construction team with demonstrated experience delivering large-scale K-12 campuses on schedule. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the pursuit with renderings and animations.
Client Challenges
The client was pursuing a large K-12 campus project for a school district managing significant enrollment growth in a fast-developing region. The pursuit presented several focused challenges:

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for the Rye Ranch Elementary School pursuit. The renderings visualized the new campus environment, illustrating the building's exterior character and the school's relationship to its site in the Parrish community. Animations brought the campus to life, showing the scale and quality of the 982 student station facility in a format suited to both the School District of Manatee's review process and community stakeholder engagement. Each deliverable was developed to give the district a compelling, photorealistic sense of the school before construction began, reinforcing the client's readiness to deliver a campus of this scale.
