Project Overview
The Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport Building 1 project was a significant public airport facility constructed for the City of Aurora in Aurora, Colorado. The project involved the design and construction of a primary airport building intended to serve the region's growing aviation needs and reflect the City's commitment to modern, high-quality public infrastructure. The client, a nationally recognized general contractor with deep experience in complex construction programs, pursued this competitive contract and engaged PRESWERX to support the effort with a full suite of pursuit services, from proposal development and custom visualizations to presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a high-profile public infrastructure contract required the client to communicate a complex construction program convincingly to a public owner with rigorous evaluation standards. The challenges were substantial:
Organizing a large, technically complex airport construction scope into a single, cohesive narrative that non-specialist evaluators could follow and trust.
Visualizing the proposed facility with enough detail and quality to differentiate the client's approach from competing teams before any construction had begun.
Preparing a technical construction team to present confidently and compellingly in a structured live interview before a public selection panel.
Each challenge demanded a different capability, and all had to work together to make a unified case for the client's selection.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit package designed around the specific demands of a competitive public airport contract. The team produced a professionally written and designed proposal that structured the client's qualifications, project experience, and construction approach around the City of Aurora's stated priorities and evaluation criteria. To support the written proposal, PRESWERX created custom architectural renderings and animations that depicted the finished building with clarity and precision, giving evaluators a compelling visual understanding of the project before breaking ground. A purpose-built presentation and supporting project film carried that same visual story into the selection room, and targeted presentation coaching sessions prepared the client's team to deliver their message with confidence and authority.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the pursuit as a single storytelling challenge and built every deliverable around one cohesive narrative, anchored in the City of Aurora's core project priorities.
Structured the written proposal around the owner's evaluation criteria, aligning the client's most relevant experience and qualifications with what the City needed most.
Produced renderings, animations, and a project film that translated technical construction plans into visual storytelling accessible to public evaluators.
Led focused presentation coaching sessions to sharpen the team's delivery, align their messaging, and build the rehearsed confidence needed for a high-stakes live interview.
The result was a client team that entered the selection room with a clear, consistent message and the preparation to back it up in person.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a pursuit package built to perform at every stage of the City of Aurora's evaluation process. Each element was crafted to move evaluators closer to a clear, confident choice.
The proposal gave evaluators a structured, owner-centered narrative that communicated the client's qualifications and construction approach with clarity and precision.
Renderings, animations, and the project film made the proposed airport building tangible, giving the selection panel a vivid picture of the finished facility before a single component was in place.
Presentation coaching transformed the client's technical expertise into a polished, confident live performance tailored to the format and expectations of a public selection panel.
The client team walked into the selection fully prepared, presenting a unified story across every format with the polish and confidence a high-profile public contract demands.
