Project Overview
Project Otis was a warehouse construction pursuit in Flagstaff, Arizona, where the client needed more than a capable builder to stand out. The project demanded a unified pursuit story that communicated complex construction logistics, phasing, and value to an evaluating owner who expected both technical credibility and a clear vision of the finished facility. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the full pursuit effort, from the written proposal through the live selection presentation. PRESWERX delivered proposal development, custom renderings, motion-graphic animations, a project film, and presentation design and coaching to help the client tell a complete, compelling story.

Client Challenges
Competing for a significant warehouse project in a tight market required the client to solve several overlapping pursuit challenges at once:
Translating detailed construction logistics and phasing into a narrative that non-technical evaluators could follow and remember
Differentiating the team from other well-qualified competitors in a market where resumes and safety records alone would not be enough
Producing high-quality visuals that conveyed design intent and construction quality before any work had begun
Preparing the full presentation team to deliver a coordinated, confident performance in the live selection
These demands required a partner who could work across every pursuit channel at the same time, keeping every asset aligned to a single, consistent message

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a fully integrated pursuit package for Project Otis. The engagement began with the written proposal, which PRESWERX authored and designed to move evaluators from technical credibility to project vision in a logical, evaluator-friendly sequence. Purpose-built architectural renderings brought the warehouse program to life, giving the team a concrete visual anchor for every conversation about the project. Motion-graphic animations illustrated key construction sequences and site logistics that static images could not capture. A project film wove these elements into a single cohesive narrative. Hands-on presentation coaching rounded out the package, sharpening delivery and ensuring the full team entered the selection ready to perform.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached Project Otis as a single integrated story, building every deliverable around the owner's stated priorities so the client's message stayed consistent from the written page to the presentation room:
Structured the proposal around the owner's evaluation criteria so the client's key differentiators were prominent and easy for evaluators to score
Produced renderings and animations calibrated to the specific warehouse program and site, avoiding generic industrial imagery in favor of visuals that reflected this project's actual scope and character
Ran targeted coaching sessions to align the presentation team on pacing, key messages, and Q&A strategy before the selection date
The result was a pursuit package where every element reinforced the same story, giving the client a clear and competitive position going into the selection.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete, coordinated pursuit package built to the standard of a high-stakes industrial selection. Each deliverable was purpose-built for this project and this audience:
The proposal gave evaluators a clear, well-organized narrative backed by project-specific content, making the client's qualifications and approach straightforward to assess
Renderings, animations, and the project film gave the team a visual language they could reference throughout the presentation, grounding abstract claims in images the owner could see and remember
Presentation coaching brought the team to a level of preparation where messaging, timing, and Q&A responses were polished and consistent across every presenter
The client walked into the selection with a professional, unified pursuit package and a team prepared to deliver it with clarity and confidence.
