Project Overview
Project High Ground was a large-scale warehouse and distribution facility developed in Terre Haute, Indiana to support high-volume logistics operations across the Midwest. The project called for a purpose-built complex designed to meet the demanding operational standards of a major e-commerce owner. With its ambitious scope and compressed pursuit timeline, the client needed a partner capable of translating industrial complexity into a compelling, visually sophisticated submission. PRESWERX was engaged to produce the full pursuit package, delivering proposal content, architectural renderings, and animated visualizations that brought the project to life before construction began.

Client Challenges
Competing for a large industrial contract requires more than a strong price. The client faced several distinct hurdles going into the selection:
Communicating the scale and operational logic of a massive warehouse facility to a sophisticated owner with high visual expectations
Differentiating a strong but time-pressed team in a competitive general contractor selection process
Visualizing a project that, by its nature, lacks the architectural drama of civic or institutional work
Producing polished, owner-ready deliverables on a compressed pursuit schedule
Together, these challenges demanded a pursuit partner capable of moving fast and working at the highest quality standard.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package supporting the client's bid for the Terre Haute distribution facility. The scope included a proposal document developed to clearly communicate the team's qualifications and approach to the owner. Architectural renderings captured the facility's scale and site design, giving the selection committee a concrete visual impression of the finished project. Animated visualizations added motion and depth, bringing the warehouse program to life in a format suited to a live presentation or digital leave-behind. Each deliverable was produced to a professional finish and tailored to the specific review expectations of the owner.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated this as a full-service pursuit engagement, building a coherent visual and narrative story from intake through final delivery. The team worked in close coordination with the client to ensure every element aligned with the owner's expectations:
Developed proposal content that positioned the client's team, qualifications, and approach in language calibrated to the owner's priorities
Produced architectural renderings that conveyed the facility's program, site logic, and scale in an accessible, compelling format
Created animated visualizations optimized for both in-room presentation and digital review by the owner's team
The result was a unified package that reflected the client's capabilities with precision and visual impact.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, owner-ready pursuit package on schedule. Every element met the quality standard required for a competitive large-scale industrial bid:
The proposal document gave the client a clear, well-structured submission that communicated scope, team, and approach without ambiguity
Renderings conveyed the facility's design intent at a level of finish appropriate for direct owner review
Animations elevated the package beyond static deliverables, providing a dynamic viewing experience suited to the selection format
The client went into the selection with a fully polished, professionally executed submission ready for any review format.
