Project Overview
Project Blue Oval brought a major roadway expansion to Fayette, Haywood, and Tipton Counties in Tennessee, anchored by an 8 mile extension of State Route 194 connecting SR 59 in Fayette County to SR 1 in Tipton County. The scope encompassed a new interchange linking the SR 194 extension to Interstate 40, a 3.5 mile access road known as the Blue Oval City Connector, and a second interchange serving that connector. Together, the improvements formed a new transportation corridor supporting the region's growth. For the pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop the renderings and animations needed to visualize the corridor before construction began.

Client Challenges
Presenting a multi segment roadway corridor spanning three counties required addressing several hurdles:
Communicating how the SR 194 extension, two new interchanges, and the Blue Oval City Connector fit together as one corridor.
Visualizing a large scale roadway project across three counties before any construction began.
Differentiating the team's technical approach in a competitive infrastructure pursuit.
Together, these challenges called for visuals that made a complex, multi county roadway plan easy to understand at a glance.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the renderings and animations used to support the pursuit of Project Blue Oval. The renderings translated the 8 mile SR 194 extension, the two new interchanges, and the Blue Oval City Connector into clear visuals spanning Fayette, Haywood, and Tipton Counties. Animations added movement and context to the corridor, showing how the new roadway, interchanges, and connector would function together once complete. Each visual was built to hold up under close technical scrutiny while remaining clear to a broad audience of reviewers evaluating the proposed roadway improvements.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit as a corridor visualization challenge spanning multiple counties and roadway segments:
Built renderings that clarified the relationship between the SR 194 extension, its interchanges, and the Blue Oval City Connector.
Produced animations that showed the corridor functioning as a connected system rather than isolated segments.
Calibrated the visuals for technical accuracy across a large, multi jurisdictional roadway project.
The result was a visual package that let the client present a sprawling roadway plan as one coherent corridor.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a set of renderings and animations held to the standard of a major state infrastructure program:
Renderings that gave reviewers a clear view of the SR 194 extension and its connecting interchanges.
Animations that illustrated how the Blue Oval City Connector would tie the corridor together.
Visuals built for technical accuracy across three counties and multiple roadway segments.
The client entered the selection process with visual materials built to match the scale and complexity of a 200 million dollar corridor project.
