Project Overview
Pinellas County Schools undertook Phase 2 of a comprehensive campus renovation at North Shore Elementary School in St. Petersburg, Florida. The $7.3 million project encompassed a new front entrance enhancement to the administration building, the replacement of an existing aluminum canopy with a brick colonnade designed to match the campus vernacular, updated site lighting and landscaping, HVAC system replacements in two buildings, second-floor walkway renovations, roof replacements across three buildings, and a campus-wide LED lighting upgrade. The client, serving as Construction Manager at Risk, engaged PRESWERX to develop the full suite of pursuit materials needed to compete for this multi-building school renovation.

Client Challenges
Conveying a multi-building renovation as one cohesive pursuit story required focused strategy and purposeful materials:
The project spanned seven buildings with structural, mechanical, and aesthetic improvements that needed to read as a single, unified scope rather than a list of disconnected tasks.
Visualizing the proposed front entrance redesign and colonnade replacement was critical to communicating design intent to the owner before construction began.
Competitive conditions demanded materials that distinguished the client's team and projected readiness to the Pinellas County Schools selection committee.
Together, these demands called for a pursuit package built on visual clarity, structured narrative, and a well-prepared interview delivery.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a complete pursuit package tailored to the specific demands of the North Shore Elementary campus renovation. The team produced a comprehensive proposal document that captured the full breadth of the renovation scope across all seven buildings in a clear and organized format. Architectural renderings and animations brought the proposed front entrance enhancement and brick colonnade replacement to life, giving the selection committee a concrete visual of the design intent. PRESWERX then assembled a structured presentation to guide the committee through the project's complexity in a logical sequence, and delivered targeted presentation coaching to prepare the client's team for selection-day delivery.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX framed the multi-building scope as a single cohesive story, anchored by strong visuals and a structured, sequenced narrative:
Created renderings and animations that made the front entrance and colonnade redesign immediately tangible and visually compelling for the selection committee.
Built a presentation that organized the project's scope across all seven buildings into a clear, accessible story the committee could follow without technical background.
Coached the client's team through the full material to sharpen delivery and prepare them for questions on selection day.
The result was a client team that entered the selection event with polished materials, a practiced voice, and the confidence to speak fluently to every aspect of the project.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, selection-ready pursuit package calibrated to the scale and complexity of the North Shore Elementary renovation:
A polished proposal gave the selection committee a comprehensive, well-organized introduction to the full campus scope and the client team's qualifications.
Renderings and animations made the front entrance redesign immediately tangible and visually compelling, elevating the proposal beyond a written description.
A structured presentation paired with targeted coaching ensured the client's team entered the room confident, rehearsed, and prepared for any question.
The client went into the Pinellas County Schools selection event with professional materials, a sharp and unified story, and the preparation needed to deliver it effectively.
