Project Overview
A two-phase campus expansion at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Tallahassee, Florida set out to significantly expand the parish's facilities and community gathering capacity. Phase 1a called for the expansion of the existing Parish Hall, adding a new commercial kitchen, second-floor multipurpose meeting space, restrooms, and support spaces. Phase 1b added a gymnasium, covered parking area, restrooms, and additional support spaces. Together, the two phases represented a comprehensive investment in the parish's ability to serve its congregation and community. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a pursuit package including presentation materials, renderings, animations, and presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a two-phase church campus expansion required the client to earn the trust of a faith-based owner with high expectations for quality and community fit:
Visualizing the expanded Parish Hall, new gymnasium, and supporting facilities before construction began, for an owner invested in their campus's long-term vision.
Presenting a phased approach that respected the congregation's ongoing use of an active church campus.
Differentiating the team as the right fit for a project defined as much by community significance as by construction scope.
The client needed materials that conveyed both technical competence and genuine understanding of the owner's mission.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full pursuit package for the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church campus expansion, producing renderings and animations that brought both phases to life before construction began. Visual deliverables covered the expanded Parish Hall and its new commercial kitchen and multipurpose spaces, as well as the Phase 1b gymnasium and covered parking area. PRESWERX also built and refined a pursuit presentation that organized the two-phase program into a cohesive narrative for the church owner. Presentation coaching sessions prepared the client's team to deliver that narrative with confidence and clarity during the live selection interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the engagement with an understanding that a faith-based owner evaluates a contractor on more than technical qualifications. The team focused on three priorities:
Producing renderings and animations that communicated the warmth, character, and community purpose of the expanded campus.
Building a presentation structure that addressed both phases as a unified vision for the parish's future.
Coaching the client's presenters to speak to the owner's mission and priorities, not just the construction scope.
The result was a pursuit package that positioned the client as a partner invested in the community's vision.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete set of pursuit materials calibrated to the expectations of a faith-based community owner:
Renderings and animations gave the church a clear picture of the expanded Parish Hall, gymnasium, and campus facilities before a single wall was built.
The presentation connected the client's qualifications to the owner's vision for a campus that would serve the congregation for generations.
Coaching sessions prepared the client's team to deliver with warmth and conviction in a community-facing selection interview.
The client entered the selection with materials and a message that reflected the full scope and spirit of the project.
