Project Overview
The Pepsi Arlington project was a $6 million industrial expansion in Arlington, Texas, commissioned by PepsiCo Inc. The scope called for a new 14,000 SF addition to the existing PepsiCo R&D Support Building, constructed as a pre-engineered metal building with tilt-wall facades and a standing seam metal roof. The facility was designed for freezer and raw material goods storage, supporting the operational needs of an active corporate R&D campus. The project required a construction team able to execute efficiently in a live industrial environment with minimal disruption to campus operations. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the pursuit with a presentation and presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
The client was pursuing a corporate industrial project for one of the country's most recognized consumer brands. The pursuit carried focused but meaningful challenges:
Presenting a clear, organized approach to a corporate owner with high operational standards and limited tolerance for disruption to an active campus.
Demonstrating the team's ability to execute a pre-engineered metal building addition efficiently and on schedule adjacent to an operating facility.
Differentiating the firm in a competitive selection where execution reliability mattered as much as price.
Preparing presenters to deliver a concise, professional narrative in a corporate interview setting.
The materials needed to instill confidence in a corporate owner that expected precision and professionalism at every stage.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built the selection presentation and provided coaching for the Pepsi Arlington pursuit. The presentation outlined the client's approach to the 14,000 SF expansion, covering the pre-engineered metal building system, tilt-wall facade work, standing seam roofing, and the specific requirements of constructing a freezer and storage facility adjacent to an active R&D building. The content was structured to give PepsiCo's team a clear picture of how the project would be managed from mobilization through completion. Coaching prepared the client's speakers to deliver the scope with confidence and professionalism in front of a corporate selection panel.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX focused on building a presentation that matched the expectations of a major corporate owner: clean, organized, and specific about execution. Every element was calibrated to project competence to a discerning audience.
Structured the presentation to walk PepsiCo's panel through the construction approach logically, from building system selection to schedule and site coordination.
Crafted the narrative to address the operational sensitivities of building adjacent to an active R&D facility, positioning the client as a low-disruption partner.
Coached the client's presenters to deliver clearly and handle follow-up questions with the precision a corporate audience expects.
The result was a presentation built to earn the confidence of a demanding corporate owner.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a focused, polished presentation package that prepared the client well for a corporate industrial selection. Each deliverable was built to the standard a PepsiCo review panel would expect.
The presentation gave PepsiCo's review team a clear, structured view of the client's approach to the 14,000 SF expansion and its specific construction requirements.
Coaching refined each presenter's delivery and built the consistency a corporate interview setting demands.
The client's team walked into the selection prepared to speak to every element of the scope with confidence.
The client entered the interview with a presentation that projected reliability and execution readiness to a corporate owner that expected both.
