Project Overview
The P3 Austin Service Center was a large-scale public-private partnership facility developed for the City of Austin's Office of Real Estate Services in Austin, Texas. The project served as the primary administrative office and service center for Austin Resource Recovery and Fleet Mobility Services Division operations, consolidating administrative offices, vehicle shop and maintenance areas, warehousing, outdoor testing zones, vehicle storage, fueling stations, vehicle wash facilities, and a suite of sustainable building features. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the pursuit through proposal development, presentation creation, and presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
The client faced a complex, multi-use pursuit that required communicating a broad technical scope as one cohesive story:
Translating a wide-ranging program that spanned administrative, operational, vehicle servicing, and sustainability uses into a single compelling pursuit narrative
Visualizing a facility of significant scale and technical complexity before any construction had begun
Differentiating the team in a competitive public-private partnership procurement with a sophisticated municipal owner
Preparing the team for a high-stakes live interview before the City of Austin's selection panel
Together, these demands required a coordinated pursuit strategy across proposal writing, visual storytelling, and interview readiness.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full suite of pursuit deliverables tailored to the P3 Austin Service Center's unique program and procurement context. The proposal content distilled the facility's consolidation goals and technical complexity into clear, persuasive language aligned with the City of Austin's evaluation criteria. The presentation translated that narrative into a structured visual format, organizing the project's multiple building uses, operational needs, and sustainability priorities into a story designed for a technical municipal audience. Presentation coaching then prepared the client's team to deliver the material with clarity and confidence, reinforcing key themes and sharpening responses to anticipated owner questions.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated this engagement as a strategic partnership, staying invested in the client's readiness at every stage of the pursuit:
Developed proposal content that unified the facility's broad administrative, operational, and sustainability program into a single, owner-focused pursuit narrative
Designed a presentation that sequenced the project scope and team differentiators to address the City of Austin's stated consolidation and sustainability goals
Coached the client's team through mock interview sessions, aligning presenters on key messages and preparing them for owner scrutiny
The result was a client team fully prepared to engage the selection panel with polished materials and a rehearsed, confident delivery.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete set of pursuit materials built to the standards of a competitive public-private partnership procurement:
The proposal delivered a clear, consolidated narrative that connected the facility's complex multi-use program to the City of Austin's operational effectiveness and sustainability objectives
The presentation organized that scope into a persuasive visual story structured for a live owner review panel
Presentation coaching gave the team a rehearsed, confident delivery built around the owner's priorities and evaluation criteria
The client arrived at the selection process thoroughly prepared, with materials and messaging ready to stand up to rigorous owner scrutiny.
