Project Overview
The Northridge High School Renovation in Greeley, Colorado addressed a comprehensive range of improvements at the existing high school for Greeley-Evans School District 6. The project encompassed a new secure vestibule at the main entry, slab settlement remediation, door hardware upgrades, flooring replacement, repainting, and mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler upgrades throughout. The renovation was designed to modernize building systems, strengthen safety and security, and extend the useful life of a community school. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a presentation and provide coaching in support of the competitive pursuit.
Client Challenges
The client needed a presentation to carry a multi-system renovation clearly to a school district owner:

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a presentation and provided coaching for the Northridge High School Renovation in Greeley, Colorado.
