Project Overview
The Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport undertook a significant expansion and renovation of its North Terminal in South Burlington, Vermont. The project encompassed a 36,000-square-foot terminal addition, a 28,500-square-foot unfinished lower level, demolition of portions of the existing building, new aircraft apron construction, new passenger boarding bridges, utility relocation and generator repositioning, and interior renovation of the second floor concourse. The expanded facility was designed to deliver greater holdroom and circulation capacity, upgraded concessions, larger restrooms, and improved connectivity between the North and South concourses. The client engaged PRESWERX to support their Construction Manager pursuit for the project.
