Project Overview
NNN High School (East Zone) was a $140 million educational construction project in Fort Myers, Florida, procured by The School District of Lee County. The project called for a new high school campus designed to advance the district's long-term vision for a world-class learning environment. The client, a construction manager with deep experience in Lee County schools and a track record of district prototype work, needed to make a clear, compelling case in a competitive CM selection. PRESWERX supported the pursuit with presentation design, custom renderings, animations, and targeted coaching to prepare the team for the selection process.

Client Challenges
The client faced a high-stakes CM selection on one of the district's largest educational investments. Winning required more than a strong track record:
Translating years of district relationship and prototype knowledge into a cohesive, audience-focused narrative
Differentiating the team in a competitive field where multiple firms brought relevant district experience
Visualizing a large, complex campus for a non-technical selection panel before construction began
Preparing the project team to deliver a confident, unified performance in the live interview
Each challenge demanded a pursuit strategy that matched the quality of the client's construction work.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit support package for the NNN High School (East Zone) CM selection. The team developed presentation materials that organized the client's district knowledge and construction expertise into a clear, structured narrative built for the selection panel. Custom renderings visualized the proposed campus environment before a shovel entered the ground, giving evaluators a concrete sense of the finished product. Animations brought the construction sequence and project phasing to life in a format that made a complex scope easy to follow. Presentation coaching prepared the client's team to carry that narrative confidently into the live interview room.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the pursuit as a strategic communications challenge. Every deliverable was built to reinforce a single message: this team knows this district, and they are ready to build this school.
Developed presentation materials that distilled a complex, multi-phase campus project into a focused, evaluator-ready story
Produced renderings and animations that made $140 million of construction tangible and clear for a non-technical audience

The result was a pursuit package that reflected the client's depth of experience and positioned the team to compete at their best.
