Project Overview
The New K-8 School "CC" in the Sunbridge Subdivision was a $35.3 million new construction project for the School District of Osceola in St. Cloud, Florida. The project called for a 3-story, 159,700-square-foot concrete tilt prototype school accommodating kindergarten through eighth grade on a 20-acre parcel. The design targeted a highperformance energy envelope and included a standalone gymnasium, a 400-meter running track, a soccer field, and community-shared athletic facilities through the Tavistock development. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop and coach the interview presentation for the selection.

Client Challenges
The client needed to present a compelling, technically grounded case for a complex K-8 school project in a live interview setting:
Communicating a high-performance building design, including energy efficiency targets and envelope performance standards, in a way that connected with a school district audience.
Differentiating the team's approach to a prototype school build while demonstrating clear added value within the District's established design framework.
Preparing the team to deliver confidently and persuasively in a competitive live interview.
The challenge required materials strong enough to stand on their own and a team prepared to bring them to life under pressure.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the interview presentation and provided coaching for the client's team ahead of the School District of Osceola's selection. The presentation was structured to communicate the team's qualifications and approach for a technically demanding K-8 prototype school, addressing the project's high-performance energy goals, site complexity, and community integration with the Sunbridge development. Coaching sessions prepared the presenting team to deliver the material with confidence, handle evaluator questions, and perform at their best in a live interview. Each element was designed to reinforce the client's credibility and readiness for the project.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX worked on two tracks: building a presentation that told a clear story about the project, and preparing the team to deliver it effectively in a live setting.
Structured the presentation around the project's most differentiating elements, including the high-performance energy design, site programming, and the team's prototype school experience.
Developed a narrative that addressed the District's evaluation priorities and positioned the client as the most prepared option.
Coached the team on delivery, pacing, and handling evaluator questions with confidence.
The client entered the interview prepared, aligned, and ready to compete.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete interview package combining a polished presentation with targeted coaching.
The presentation gave the client a structured narrative that communicated both technical capability and genuine project understanding.
Coaching prepared the team to deliver the material with confidence, handle evaluator questions, and stay composed in a live interview.
Together, the preparation gave the client a consistent, well-rehearsed performance that reflected the full strength of the team.
The client walked into the selection room prepared, practiced, and positioned to make a strong impression on the evaluation panel.
