Project Overview
Mountain View Elementary School in Las Vegas, Nevada delivered a new two-story school for Clark County School District centered around a welcoming courtyard and designed to support modern learning. The $27,000,000 project blended formal and informal teaching spaces with design details that connected the physical environment directly to learning outcomes. A learning staircase, wall treatments, and geometric lighting features were integrated to reinforce students' understanding of shapes, angles, and measurements in real-world contexts, making the building itself a teaching tool. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching in support of the competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where an intentional design philosophy had to read as clearly as the building itself:
A school mixing formal and informal teaching spaces required imagery that showed how the design served modern learning.
A building where architecture was integrated into the curriculum required a presentation that conveyed that educational vision to a district owner.
A $27M K-12 project required a pursuit package the team could deliver confidently before Clark County School District.
Together, these called for a package that made an educationally intentional school feel as distinctive as its design.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for Mountain View Elementary School, covering renderings, animations, a presentation, and coaching. The renderings and animations visualized the two-story courtyard-centered school, capturing the design elements that set Mountain View apart from a conventional K-12 building. The learning staircase, geometric lighting, and integrated wall treatments were rendered to communicate the educational intent behind each design choice. The presentation was structured to bring the school's design philosophy to life for Clark County School District, and PRESWERX provided coaching to prepare the team to deliver that story confidently before the district's evaluation panel.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX built the package around one central idea: a school where the architecture teaches alongside the teachers.
Developed renderings and animations that highlighted the learning staircase, geometric lighting, and wall treatments as defining features of the educational design.
Structured the presentation to connect the school's design philosophy to modern learning outcomes, giving Clark County School District a clear picture of the intent.
Provided coaching that prepared the team to speak confidently to both the architectural quality and the educational vision behind Mountain View.
The result was a package that gave an educationally intentional school the visual and narrative presence it deserved.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package that matched the educational ambition of a school where the building itself teaches.
Renderings and animations brought the courtyard school to life, highlighting the learning staircase, geometric lighting, and wall treatments that made Mountain View distinctive.
The presentation organized an educationally intentional design into a clear, district-ready narrative the team could deliver with confidence.
Coaching prepared the team to speak to the learning philosophy and architectural quality of a $27M K-12 project.
The client entered the selection ready to make the case for a school built to teach through every design choice.
