Project Overview
The Mobile Airport Authority Terminal project represented a major infrastructure investment in Mobile, Alabama, with a total program value of $250 million. The program encompassed a new passenger terminal designed to accommodate up to twelve contact gates, with five constructed in the initial phase, along with a new terminal apron, a five-level parking garage with approximately 1,250 stalls across 11.5 acres, and on- and off-site roadway improvements. The scale and complexity of the program demanded a compelling pursuit package. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit team with professional presentation development and targeted presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a $250 million airport terminal program required the client to communicate a complex, multi-phase scope to a discerning public agency owner. The key challenges included:
Translating a technically dense program with phased gate construction and major infrastructure components into a cohesive, accessible narrative for owner evaluators
Differentiating the team's qualifications and approach in a competitive public procurement environment
Preparing the pursuit team for a high-stakes selection interview before a panel evaluating both technical depth and presentation fluency
Together, these demands required a pursuit strategy built around clarity, confidence, and visual strength.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a complete presentation package tailored to the Mobile Airport Authority Terminal pursuit. The team produced a structured proposal presentation that organized the project's phased construction program, parking infrastructure, and roadway improvements into a clear, visually driven narrative aligned with the owner's evaluation priorities. Alongside the presentation materials, PRESWERX conducted focused presentation coaching sessions with the client's pursuit team, refining delivery, message hierarchy, and responses to anticipated interview questions. Each element of the engagement was calibrated to the specific selection format and the expectations of a public airport authority.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the engagement as a strategic communications challenge, shaping the story before building the materials:
Structured the presentation narrative around the owner's evaluation priorities, with the phased gate construction program as the organizing frame
Developed visuals that communicated site scale, program complexity, and team competence without overwhelming non-technical reviewers
Ran targeted coaching sessions to sharpen delivery, align team messaging, and prepare respondents for panel questions
The result was a pursuit team that entered the selection room with a clear story and practiced confidence.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a polished presentation package and a coached pursuit team ready for a competitive public selection process. Every deliverable was benchmarked against the owner's evaluation criteria and the expectations of a major aviation infrastructure procurement:
The presentation translated a 12-gate, multi-building, 11.5-acre program into a coherent story that reviewers could follow and evaluate
Coaching sessions brought the team's delivery in line with the technical strength of the proposal
Messaging was tightened and aligned across all presenters before the selection date
The client entered the interview prepared, practiced, and speaking with one voice.
